Mesa Arch
The Story:
Mesa Arch (in Canyonlands, Utah) lights up like this at sunup for longer than one might think - it seems like at least thirty minutes. As opposed to many of my other photographic destinations, this one affords no solitude. Had I turned the camera around, you'd see a photo of at least twenty-five photographers with tripods. Still, it's a marvelous experience. The orange you see on the bottom of the arch is even more profound when you experience it in real. It absolutely glows. The glow works best on infused aluminum.
