The Story:
Some of my friends and collectors really like this. The rest say "snoore........." It was taken from the bank of the Rio Grande on October 10, 2014 at 9:11 am. Yes, the foreground was enhanced - but the clouds were really enveloping the lone balloon (one of my favorite balloons, I should add).
