December Sandias
The Story:
Taken December 14, 2012, at 4:43 p.m., from the top of Tierra Encantada in Corrales. I had seen the scene developing so I grabbed my camera and tripod and drove from my house on Camino Rayo del Sol, about three blocks away. What I also remember is that I took my dog Chelsea along and let her wander while I did the shooting, and the other interesting thing is that a couple of years later I bought a lot just below where this photo was taken and built a new house, where I now live. So this is essentially the scene I see from my porch, or I can walk a couple hundred feet to get to this very spot.
Looks great on either infused aluminum or on canvas.
